Laptop can’t connect to the internet when install mb star c4 c5 hard disk drive?How to solve the problem?

Some customers bought MB STAR C4 C5 HDD or SSD reported the problem that there is an internet problem when the HDD or SSD was installed in the laptop.

Solution:
1.Please check your local internet if it can work well,if yes,please check 2
2.You will find there is a file called“Tools”in the laptop desktop after inserting the HDD or SSD.Open it ,you will find the file like the picture shows:

Double click it,then the internet will be connected automatically.
