Autel IM608 All Key Lost Programming for Benz W212 E200 2012 by OBD

This show you guide on how to use Autel MaxiIM IM608 to program new smart key for Mercedes Benz W212 E200 all keys lost by OBD.

Procedures:
Connect Autel IM608 Programmer with JVCI to OBD

Connect IM608 with XP400 by USB

Connect IR cable (APV101)

Then select “IMMO”–>”Mercedes Benz”–>”Smart Mode”–>”on Vehicle”

Now you can get vehicle information as below

Select “All Keys Lost”

Now it show you with the 6 main steps to perform all keys lost programming,then click “Begin” to continue
1.Read EIS Data
2.Read Bland Key Information
3.Obtain Key Password
4.Generate key file
5.Write key file
6.Test if the new key work normally

Step 1:Please insert the blank key into the IR keyhole on the programmer,and press OK

If you know key password,press “Yes” if not press”No”

Here press “No”,the press “OK” to enter Password Calculation process

Connect IR cable and OBD cable

Connect the IR key simulator(APB102/APB103) to the programmer IR hole


Insert the IR key simulator(APB102/APB103) into the EIS.If it is already inserted,remove and insert it again.

An industry change in protocol from OBD II to Controller Area Network (CAN) has begun. In order to perform diagnostics on a vehicle that uses the CAN interface; you will need the Tech 2 Flash and a CAN diagnostic interface module. Q: I bought one GM TECH II and the TIS2000 software can’t be installed and no identification, what’s the problem?
A: If the TIS2000 you are trying to install is contained in the GM TECH2 software, then it is useless to install TIS2000 software. To program electronic control unit, I advice you buy an extra TIS2000 to work with GM tech2.

Q: After receiving GM TECH2, I got some errors.
A: If it is Blue screen, just replace the Blue Screen Chip. If it is not the problem of Blue screen, please send us the self-test report to check where the problem is;
have no idea on how to operate self test? Refer the self-test manual at GM TECH2 “technical support / service”.
Q: GM TECH2 one button doesn’t work how to fix?
A: If you have new version GM tech2, there are two ways to solve:
1) we send you a new button to replace;
2) please send back to repair.
If you have old version GM tech2 installed with the newest software, the button maybe won’t work.
Q: When I use GM TECH2 for the second times, the tool starts to smoke, and my car voltage become 14V from 12V, what’s the matter?
A: Please follow the correct operation steps: before diagnosing, turn on the ignition and then connect the GM TECH2 with the car, when the car starts you’d better test the voltage, because during this process a part of cars’voltage will reach up to 24V or more, especially the car which has a poor contact of electrical ground.

How to WinFlash Caterpillar C15 ECM with CAT ET & Flash Files

In this instruction, i will show you the guide on how to use Caterpillar ET and flash files to WinFlash for Caterpillar C15 engine ECM.

CAT WinFlash Procedures:
After CAT model identification,select “Utilities” on the menu bar,and then select “WinFlash”


Now the Trainer will attempt to detect and ECM on the ATA data link.


After communication built,it show you the ECM information as below.Then you need to click open button to select flash file


Here select “3825348.fls” Caterpillar flash file


Then click “Begin Flash” button at left low corner

Flashing is process…, wait for completing

Now Flash completed successfully!
You can now go to Cat ET,return to WinFlash,or Exit the program
